Operation Christmas Child

 Now is the time to start preparing for Operation Christmas Child shoe box packing! At the Juneau Church of the Nazarene, we have informational packets located on the table in the foyer. You can pick up and drop off shoe boxes in the JCON foyer as well. Drop offs must be brought by Nov. 12th. If you have any questions you can go to the Operation Christmas Child Website or ask Sandra, the JCON contact for OCC. You can also donate directly to Operation Christmas Child.
Do Not Include:
Candy; toothpaste; used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns, knives, or military figures; chocolate or food; seeds; fruit rolls or other fruit snacks; drink mixes (powdered or liquid); liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snow globes or glass containers; aerosol cans.
Suggested Items:
A wow item: Stuffed animal, an outfit, soccer ball and pump, musical instrument, etc. 
Self care items: Tooth brush, hair brush, comb, reusable containers, blanket, bar soap, etc.
Clothing and accessories: Shirts, pants, underwear, shoes, socks, flip-flops, hat, sunglasses, etc.
Crafts and activities: Coloring utensils, note book, play dough, building blocks, stickers, etc.
Toys: Plastic animals, yo-yos, balls, slinky, plastic tools, toy cars, etc.
A personal note: Your message to them, your picture, etc.
